Competition entries will be judged on their performance in Knockout Chaos Boxing game.
The ultimate winners of Knockout Chaos Boxing game will be selected by Riyadh Season.
Entrants shall not exploit bugs and/or defects within Knockout Chaos Boxing game to submit multiple entries and/or gain an advantage in the Competition.
If an Entrant is found to have exploited bugs, defects and/or any other form of technical cheat in their Entry, they will be immediately disqualified from the Competition.
In case Knockout Chaos Boxing game website choose multiple winners by mistake, Riyadh Season will decide the who’s the winner.
The winners will be notified through contacting the winner with the information shared by the participant.
The participant is solely responsible for checking the entered contact information such name, Email address, phone number and the age restriction of the competition. The organizer shall have the right to refuse any faulted information entries and the participant shall not have the right to claim any compensation whatsoever.
The winners will be notified by email or/and phone number. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 2 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winners and pick a replacement winner.
The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current KSA Data Protection Legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The entrant understands that the Knockout Chaos Boxing game and/or app may be amended and/or updated from time to time, including (without limitation) to make minor technical adjustments and improvements, for example to address a security threat. These are changes that don't affect your use of the Knockout Chaos Boxing game.

سيتم الحكم على المشاركات في المسابقة بناءً على أدائها في لعبة معركة الملاكمة Knockout Chaos.
سيتم اختيار الفائزين النهائيين في مسابقة لعبة معركة الملاكمة Knockout Chaos من قبل موسم الرياض.
لا يجوز للمشاركين استغلال الأخطاء و/أو العيوب الموجودة في لعبة معركة الملاكمة Knockout Chaos من أجل تقديم مشاركات متعددة و/أو الحصول على ميزة في المسابقة.
إذا تبين أن أحد المشاركين قد استغل الأخطاء أو العيوب و/أو أي شكل آخر من أشكال الغش الفني في مشاركته، فسيتم استبعاده على الفور من المسابقة.
في حال حدوث خطأ في موقع لعبة معركة الملاكمة Knockout Chaos أدى إلى اختيار عدة مشاركات، فإن موسم الرياض سيحدد الفائز بالمسابقة.
سيتم إخطار الفائزين عن طريق التواصل معهم بالبيانات المسجلة من قبل المشارك.
المشارك مسؤول عن التحقق من البيانات المدخلة للتواصل مثل الاسم والبريد الالكتروني ورقم الهاتف والعمر، ويحق للجهة أن ترفض ربح الأشخاص ذو المعلومات المغلوطة، وفي هذه الحالة لن يجوز للمشارك أن يطلب بتعويض من أي نوع كان.
يوافق الفائزون على استخدام اسمه وصورته في أي مادة دعائية، بالإضافة إلى مشاركتهم. سيتم استخدام أي بيانات شخصية تتعلق بالفائز أو أي مشاركين آخرين فقط وفقًا لتشريعات حماية البيانات الحالية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولن يتم الكشف عنها لطرف ثالث دون موافقة مسبقة من المشارك.
سيتم إخطار الفائزين عن طريق البريد الالكتروني أو رقم الهاتف. إذا تعذر الاتصال بالفائزين أو لم يطالبوا بالجائزة خلال يومين من الإخطار، تحتفظ الجهة بالحق في سحب الجائزة من الفائزين واختيار فائزين بديلين.
يدرك المشارك أن تحدي ابحث واربح قد يتم تعديله و/أو تحديثه من وقت لآخر، بما في ذلك (على سبيل المثال لا الحصر) إجراء تعديلات وتحسينات فنية طفيفة، على سبيل المثال لمعالجة تهديد أمني. هذه هي التغييرات لا تؤثر على استخدامك للعبة ابحث واربح.
